Dear shareholder

On behalf of the directors of RLV No. 3 Limited I would like to welcome you as a new shareholder to our company - whether through the company's initial public offer, or as a consequence of a shareholding in Holly Springs Investments Limited.

Please find enclosed a statement advising the number of shares held as at 25 October 2007. The shares are to be quoted on NZAX market from Monday 29 October and information about the company can be accessed from http://www.nzx.com/nzxmarket/nzax.

We have been pleased with the response to our new issue. Given the low level of exposure the company has had, the response was very positive and as such we have had to scale back applications in our initial public offer. A refund cheque for any excess shares applied for, but not allotted, will be mailed to you within 5 business days.

We are looking forward to the future, and feel that there are some interesting opportunities ahead.
