"RLV No. 3 Ltd (RLV3) was established as a reverse listing
vehicle for the purpose of providing a privately owned company with a cost
and time efficient way to achieve a stock market listing on the NZSX or
NZAX markets. The directors of RLV3 will be working to identify a business
for acquisition. RLV3 may undertake a capital raising through the issue of
further shares to enable the acquisition of a business, once identified.
Any potential acquisition by RLV3 may be on an arms length basis, or with
related parties. RLV3 may seek to place capital for cash in conjunction
with such an acquisition."
