Reason for the issue: The shares were issued to an international consortium of professional investors. These additional funds will strengthen the Company's financial position and support its planned expansion into new target markets.

Terms of issue: The new shares are credited as fully paid, and rank in all respects equally with the shares already on issue.

CRE8 Launches its own Reality TV Shows and Provides Interactive Television for Chilevision

August 30, 2007 (Christchurch, New Zealand) - CRE8 Limited (NZAX: PLS), a leading provider of content, connectivity and network services for mobile operators, brands and media companies worldwide, today announced the launch of its own interactive television shows. CRE8's newly formed subsidiary company will produce ground breaking reality shows that offer interactive entertainment creating viewer loyalty and increased ratings. Productions for the new shows are underway and the first episodes will commence on September 1st. Expansion plans for a regional rollout throughout Latin America are in advanced stages.

Under the partnership arrangement, CRE8 will distribute and sell Televisa's content to mobile operators throughout Latin America. CRE8 will also have access to Televisa's media assets including television, cable, satellite, publishing and radio to promote a range of mobile entertainment servicesGonzalo Gandia, CRE8's General Manager of South America said: "Interactive TV has become a viable and successful business model around the world through public participation via SMS and MMS voting at premium rates. The launch of our own interactive television shows will enable the continued development of our proprietary technology, as well as broaden our distribution across different media. We are delighted about the opportunities in Latin America to create and produce the next generation of interactive television, as we accelerate our plans to be a leading player in the mobile entertainment services market.". In addition, all content distributed by CRE8 for Televisa will be managed through CRE8's technical connectivity and billing hub.

In a separate development, CRE8 also announced that its subsidiary company Multiecast has been selected as the exclusive interactive television provider for Chilevision, a leading media company in Chile. Annual projected revenues of this deal are forecasted to be approximately US $1,000,000 in the next 12 months.

This new agreement with Chilevision will enable CRE8 to develop new mobile business opportunities throughout the complete "on air" schedule of the television station. The partnership demonstrates our strong reputation in the mobile entertainment industry.

June 14, 2007 (Christchurch, New Zealand) - Plus SMS Holdings Limited (NZAX: PLS), today announced that it recorded an audited consolidated loss of NZD 11,888,229 for the financial year ended 31 March 2007 (2006: NZD 4,488,542 loss).

The basic consolidated loss per share was NZ 3.38 cents (2006: NZ 2.91 cents). On a fully diluted basis the consolidated loss was NZ 2.56 cents (2006: NZ 2.35 cents). The directors do not recommend the payment of a dividend for the year. The auditors report is unqualified but includes a fundamental uncertainty paragraph regarding going concern.

Les Coates, Chief Financial Officer, commented: "The results are very disappointing but expected. The Company was effectively restarted in September with a new management team and a new business strategy aimed at delivering long term value for shareholders. Due to the ongoing execution of this new strategy, the Company is forecasting to deliver solid results next year. However, further funding is required to support the Company's growth and various options are currently being considered by the Board. "

Mr. Coates added: "The Annual General Meeting is provisionally scheduled for the end of August and we would encourage all shareholders to attend in order to receive a comprehensive business overview and update."
